  Client : Spectrum Communications IncRole : Senior Systems EngineerTools Used : Splunk, Various Triaging Tools, xymon, AppDynamics, Postman, SoapUIScope :This project involves triaging customer issues for different Spectrum applications. The aim of the project is to perform root cause analysis for customer issues, issues with new Deployments/Enhancements,Proactive Monitoring and Proactive analysis to reduce the customer call volumes. Analysis on all keycomponents involved in the application like AVN Cloud Platform, Zodiac firmware, AWs Micro-Services,AMS and the integration piece. The series of Next-Gen programs includes Spectrum.net, CTVA/IPVOD,TVE, CBOAM etc. One of the main points of the Spectrum was to establish a streamlined support processthat technically bridges the gap between the “Customer Care” team and the “coredevelopment/engineering/product” teams thereby helping in quicker turnaround of Productiondefects/end customer issues, thus increasing the end customer experience.Roles & Responsibilities: Provide first level Troubleshooting/Root Cause Analysis of issues to improve the over-all turnaroundtime of end customer issues across different Spectrum applications. Proactively monitoring and finding the issues using various tools [such as splunk, AppDynamics,chrome tool etc.] in production that may turn into big outage and engagingNETOPS/Development Team for the immediate fix. Follow-up with the development teams /Product teams for faster closure of end customerissues. Provide recommendations to Development team for fix and Product team onfeatures/requirements. Customer issue reproduction and test automation. Involved in Portals and web application such as Sb.net, Spectrum.net Walled garden to send thedaily report that includes metrics for various functionalities [such as create Id/Billing/Conversionof ID etc.]. Setting up various dashboard & alerts that helps in monitoring entire application health Show less Client : Spectrum Communications IncRole : Systems EngineerTools Used : Java Selenium.Scope :This project involved in automation of various spectrum application like spectrum.net, Voice onlinemanager, Webmail, SBOAM, bresnan.net using JAVA selenium & sikiuli.
