  Job Summary: A Business Quality Analyst (BQA) is responsible for creating and executing QuoteTool release test plans including acquiring requisite product knowledge, providing test plan input to and test scenario feedback for the IT QA team, facilitating or supporting test teams (QTC, BVR), support of test tools/automation to optimize for test coverage of the quote line & data layer and assisting other QuoteTool teams with their deliverables as requested.Essential Functions:•Create and execute test plans for each QuoteTool release. Testing scope will be pre and post release code lines. Design test scenarios and test cases to address both Functional and Regression testing requirements. Become an expert in how and why products are configured in the QuoteTool. Ability to understand and validate complex dependencies for Hardware, Software and Service configuration UX, rules and data for all QuoteEdge tracks and downstream users.•Provide testing support for the Business Test Plan including full functional test, quote change functionality (Edit and Copy) and regression test. Collaborate with the IT QA team including providing them the Business Quality Team test plan and review of their test plan and test scenarios. Support a closed loop prod bug defect RCA process. Provide and implement QA process and tool improvements for the team. •Engage in the solution design and requirements documentation to understand each change request and provide SME input.
