  I was placed at Internet Service Fulfillment Assurance department. Main role for this team is to understand infra checking process for Tm Direct services, to execute, participate and follow up service fulfillment and delivery of internet services, to get an overview of the TM products and services, Order management system for premium internet services. The step to do icheck is given step by step so that everyone can understand how to do it. I also explore the nature of TM Direct business system and learn how to follow up using their system. There is basically 5 node are used in Malaysia, that is central Northern, Southern, Eastern, Sabah and Sarawak. All these node are used to check the infra in OPMS system (Online project Monitoring System). I also learn how to open a new account relating with a new customer at MCMB (Billing System for Direct) system. There is 2 main products that ISFA team supervised, that is TM Direct Over Metro Ethernet and Direct Over Lease Line.
