  AIOps Development- Led a Scrum team with two junior developers and six interns.- Designed and implemented an automated processing mechanism for AIOps workflows.- Integrated the AIOps pipeline with a Teams Bot to enhance operational efficiency.Data Pipeline Engineering- Managed a Kafka consumer ETL application to collect and integrate production images, inference data, and logs into an internal machine learning platform.- Developed and maintained backend service APIs for a platform file browser, supporting image upload/download and advanced file filtering. Show less (1) Design and implement subscription and group mechanism for platform users including resource subscription, billing rule, data isolation and sharing(2) Manage NGINX gateway for 8 sites including load balancing and performance tuning , which reduces latency from 1.15 sec to 0.12 sec .(3) Monitor production lines and find abnormal status quickly by enabling dashboards for RESTful API status and cycle time of prediction.(4) Design and build CI/CD pipeline for testing and deploying backend services to kubernetes cluster of multiple sites.(5) Design and develop a one-click deployment package for setting up on-premise servers quickly including database creation, server status monitoring services, .etc. The package saves from manual setting and reduces deploy time from 3 hours to 15~20 minutes.(6)Design and implement a user account system including token-based authentication mechanism and role-based access control service.(7)Integrate the user account system with open-sourced BI tool API, design dashboard template for different AI solutions and provide automatic setup services including access control and creating customized BI dashboard by user-defined data. Show less (1) Design and implement an archive mechanism for seldom used deep-learning projects. The services is deployed on 10+ servers and releases 8-25% SSD storage usage.(2) Develop and maintain an automatic data-deleting mechanism which is already deployed on 5 sites and will delete data collected from production line according to user-defined policy to make sure storage usage of projects won't exceed.(3) Maintain a daily cron-job which generates daily storage usage report for user projects and sends alert email to users whose storage usage is over threshold.(4) Deploy a multi-tenant log platform for different organizations, which centralizes logs from 12 sites and over 70+ servers for internal services debugging ,services monitoring /alerting and AIOps pipeline.(5) Design and build CI/CD pipeline for testing and deploying backend services to kubernetes cluster of multiple sites.
