Utilized eminent domain to acquire vacant and abandoned properties and worked with developers to bring the properties back to productive use. These efforts contributed to the citywide revitalization plan which helped to transform the Nations Capital into a vibrant and exciting live/work city.

Manage DCHA development projects which include the first public housing Uniform Federally Acessbility Standards ( UFAS) loan program for unit conversions of privately owned properties, redevelopment of 22 dilapidated scattered site row-house dwelling units and the development of the first public housing assisted living facility for low income seniors in Washington DC which began operations in June 2014.
