  DUTIES• Receive claim (E-claims, Manual Claims) documents forwarded by the client and/or delivered, mailed by all service providers (hospitals and clinics).• Claims must be thoroughly reviewed and ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information.• Batching & sorting by the due date in the appropriate time frame.• Reviewing the policy to determine which charges are eligible for reimbursement.• Evaluates claims referred for medical management and makes recommendations for follow- up, further investigation or documentation as necessary.• ICD Coding: Assign corresponding ICD codes to each claim document. • Data Entry: -Input data of claim documents to the system.-Review details noted on the batch form.• Recommends appropriate payments of dispute of billing, as necessary.• Closing:-Quality Assurance, Review all encoded claims for any corrections.-Ensure that insurance claims information is entered into the system correctly, to ensure accurate processing of claims to meet company standards and ethics• Ensure adaptability in various work-related tasks to be able to facilitate a multi-task role.• Maintains a neat and orderly work environment at all times.• Assist new trainees in acquiring work knowledge and skills.
