      I thoroughly enjoyed my school days making the most of the activities on offer. I achieved full junior colours in target rifle shooting and attained the rank of Flight Sergeant in the Combined Cadet Force, as well as taking on other responsibilities such as being a prefect. I additionally won the school's English Literature and Psychology prizes in Lower Sixth.I attained AAA at A-Level in Mathematics, English Literature and Psychology.

      I had the opportunity to be a summer intern in the EY Channel Islands offices. Through this, I have had the chance to discover the different tasks involved in audit and tax within the business. I have had to use initiative and team work to complete various tasks and I have gained further experience in a corporate environment. The EY team also gave presentations and training sessions on personal branding, excel and various other skills.The internship culminated in a group task where we had to use team work, research skills and creativity in order to create a graduate recruitment campaign.       As an Associate at EY, I began the process of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), the oldest and one of the most prestigious accountancy bodies in the world. The ICAS qualification includes modules in Advanced Finance and Business Management, covering topics such as structuring debt and equity financing and mergers and acquisitions.
