      This is a commercially minded role where I have the responsibility of developing and implementing the strategy for the Partner Solutions team. I am required to be proactive in increasing our margin, growing sales and add value through improving our third party training proposition.I manage a team who review, benchmark and grow supplier relationships, establish preferred supplier lists against criteria and promote the best solutions for our clients. This was a position as a member of the procurement team for QA, the largest training organisation in the UK. The role involved sourcing and appointing suppliers of training for our clients. I dealt with third party training needs which covered all training areas QA do not cover internally. Once a partner provider is identified, we procure the training on their behalf and work with them to deliver the solution to the client.
