      Evaluated, issued and conducted compliance on all Department of the Army permit requests in my area of responsibility within the Little Rock District. Conducted investigations of possible unauthorized activities to determine violations of Section 10 and 404 regulations. Some of the violations required working with the violator and state and Federal agencies to bring unauthorized activities into compliance with Federal regulations. Coordinated with the following agencies: Missouri Department of Conservation, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Attorney General's Office, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, and the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Evaluated all wetland and other waters of the United States jurisdictional determinations for Section 404 in a nine county area of NW Arkansas and SW Missouri. Show less
