  During my time at Clayton, Roper & Marshall, I began my career as a researcher. This transitioned into a full time fee appraiser once I obtained my State-Registered Trainee Appraiser License. From 2003 to 2006 I worked primarily on fee assignments for bank clients. In 2007, I transitioned to eminent domain valuation and worked for clients including private attorneys, county governments (Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole as well as the Florida Department of Transportation. Our team, which included engineers and land planners, provided expert witness strategy to our clients. Our team completed one of the legs of Interstate 4 Ultimate Lanes Project, which is currently under construction. In 2009 I obtained my State-Certified General Appraiser License and moved into a leadership role by leading a team of appraisers and coordinating third party engineers and land planners for eminent domain projects. In that role, I was included in the bidding project for future work. The market collapse over this time period resulted in a transition back to bank work. I left in 2011 to take my experience from a local boutique shop to a national full service real estate firm in Grubb and Ellis Landauer. Show less

  I worked as a full time fee appraiser of commercial properties for mortgage loan transactions. I broadened my experience to include complex income producing assets such as apartment communities and multitenant shopping centers in addition to my previous experience with simple assets.

  My experience with Capstone was as a full time fee appraiser and consultant specializing in the valuation of various types of commercial real estate for mortgage loan transactions, asset disposition and other purposes. As an appraiser with a certification in Argus Valuation Software, my expertise included complex income producing assets including existing and proposed apartment communities of all classes, anchored and non-anchored shopping centers including outparcels, single and multitenant office buildings, industrial buildings, mobile home parks and self-storage facilities. I was relied on to complete complex valuation models on investment grade as well as non-investment grade assets. These assignments were completed primarily for regional and national bank clients including Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, SunTrust, Wells Fargo and Hancock Bank. Other clients served include private attorneys and individual property owners and investment groups. Show less
