      • Performed a multi-staining Immunohistochemistry technique to fluoresce cells within mice retina, which were inspected under Apotome microscope. Confocal microscope images of these cells analyzed and data tabulated. Collected data served as support for Dr. Ichinose’s project.• My research, which was a pilot project, primarily focused on the colocalization of axon terminals from three ON-Bipolar cell (in mice) and the ChAT band (i.e. dendritic tips of Starburst Amacrine Cells). This pilot project was to precede the physiological testing (i.e. patch clamp) of the three bipolar cells. Ultimately, the project is an initial step to better understanding the magnocellular pathway of vision. Show less
