Ensure compliance with Bechtel Standards and design codes such as ACI-318 and ECP-203, coordinating with other disciplines and obtaining third-party consultant approval for technical integrity onshore and offshore.• Asset Life Extension: Lead the Civil & Structural discipline for the Asset Life Extension mega project, in collaboration with Shell and Petronas, to extend the plant's operational life by 20 years. This comprehensive project includes multiple phases, including review with Shell and Petronas, design, procurement and contracting, and final execution.• Contractor Oversight: Ensure contractor adherence to project specifications, monitor performance through project phases, and oversee final project completion.• Project Documentation: Prepare drawings, bill of quantities, calculation cover sheets, budget estimates, and various reports for plant projects and modifications. Develop and schedule plans and tasks for engineering projects.• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure existing structures comply with design codes, QA/QC policies, and specifications. Engage in Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) for plant safety in blast protection areas.• Inspections & Maintenance: Oversee inspection, surveillance, and maintenance of civil structures such as steel and reinforced concrete structures, offshore structures, and marine facilities. Use preventive maintenance work orders to address repair needs.• Failure Investigations: Conduct multidisciplinary investigations of civil structure and equipment failures. Issue reports with corrective and preventive actions for Maintenance and Operations to prevent recurrence.• Planning: Plan yearly budgets and resource requirements for various projects.• Liaison & Representation: Represent ELNG in technical presentations to consultants, shareholders, and external agencies.
