      The "LudoLab" Project had the aim to promote board games as a funny and useful tool for instructive purposes with kids. My task was that of following them in developing an original idea of an educative game and guiding them to use both creativity and reflection to realize it. The project considered a series of meeting with classes from different junior high schools of Lucca, in which kids has to work together to create a board game focused on contents that should promote education against drug consumption. My main tasks were to be responsible for Documents Loan and Inter-Library Loan; Then I assist in the Library cultural and social activities, as organizing language courses and kids laboratories.       DILL programme is a two-year online master which offers a distance educational programme which deals with the multiples complex aspects of working with Digital Library, from planning to realizing and managing one (collections, services, projects and initiatives, staff, users engagement).Each new edition round up a new group of students coming from all over the world to participate.My main task is to take care of students' learning process so that they will have a positive experience with their study programme. The most interesting aspect of my job is maintaining the participation active and stimulate the sharing of resources and ideas among the students, make the learning process more interesting and participatory.Concerning the master programme, I am responsible for an efficient communication and proper material/information retrival and use by students. I give them support in their work activity organization for group works, I offer them support in following lessons, communicating with professors and interacting with the virtual learning platform.My job includes also setting up some activities on the virtual learning environment (LALO / Moodle) and managing material (videolectures, slides, documents, readings) during each module.Beyond the master programme, I study for the best way to keep the DILL students community in touch and keep it vital within the Digital Libraries professional community.
