  Utilized my laboratory management skill sets and capabilities to establish, a research laboratory funded by DRDO, Composite Research Laboratory (CRL) under the supervision of Dr. Azhar Jamil at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Aligarh Muslim University and provided my assistance for the procurement of consumable items i.e., Reinforcement fabric, Epoxy Resin, Nomex aramid honeycomb core, Gum Tape, Peel-ply, Vacuum Film, Infusion mesh, Mold, etc, and non-consumable items i.e., Vacuum Pump, Autoclave, Bosch Basic Machining tools, Compressor, Composites curing oven, etc.I utilized my fabrication skills and capabilities to fabricate Nomex aramid honeycomb sandwich specimens for the DCB, ENF, and MMB tests as per the ASTM standard D5528, D7905, and D6671 under the supervision of Dr. Azhar Jamil at Composite Research Laboratory (CRL) funded by DRDO at the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Aligarh Muslim University. Further, I utilized my materials testing abilities to test these specimens under static and fatigue loading conditions at the ITW BiSS Materials Testing Laboratory in Banglore. Further, I used my analytical and data-reduction skills to extract and manage the data from the test, and evaluate the required parameters for the analysis of fracture and fatigue crack growth. Further, I applied my FEA skills and abilities to model the specimens in Abaqus CAE through the various fracture techniques i.e., J-integral, VCCT, CZM, XFEM, etc, under static and fatigue loading conditions. In addition to these, I have also done the FEA modeling for the impact test, doubly curved panel, and vibration analysis. Show less
