Working as a consultant for LBA has given me greater variety in my roles across the construction sector, some key achievements to date are:Providing a Proof of Concept report for HS2 exploring the creating of 5D BIM animations & Augmented Reality data viewers. For this I undertook in depth analysis of software products in use, exampled the data flows and suggested validation points. As well as software evaluation I produced a cost loaded programme for the hypothetical project and gave several progress presentations and updates to HS2.Creation of a Excel programme using VBA to create Logistics Lorry & Barge movements datasets from a combination of P6 programme data and key design quantity take-offs. Data from which is currently being used to inform the E.I.A. and early stage planning of Thames Water, Counters Creek Strategic Floor Relief Sewer. I have also created analysis reports for the logistics data and provided support to the construction planning team managing our documents and liaising with key stakeholders. I am also managing the product development of LBAs innovative Tunnel Information Management software, TIM. (http://www.mytimapp.com/) TIM is currently in use on several major UK tunnelling jobs for both SCL and TBM tunnels. The software is under constant development and I am working with our clients and development team to ensure that the software is expanded in a safe and efficient manner taking on a Project Management role. I am also working with our perspective clients to implement TIM on their projects in a smooth manner which has required me to use my knowledge of networking and SQL databases as well as considering the needs of multiple stakeholders.
