My job was too tend to all the performers needs which included getting them food, making sure their rooms were clean to perfection and making sure everything with their performance turned out exactly the way they wanted. After working at Starbucks for six months I was able to excel and get a promotion to a shift supervisor position. Taking on this new role at work taught me how to become a better leader and role model to my team in the work place.
