Our coaches were all FA qualified, CRB checked and first aid approved. We mainly worked within schools offering after school multi-sports sessions and sport specific sessions, all with qualified coaches. We ensured that as well as a great session in terms of sports specific learning and progression, the sessions were fun filled. The coaches worked hard to maintain the correct balance of fun and discipline which resulted in very successful sessions! I decided to take a break from TGL after completing my first full academic year of coaching in Wendover Junior School. My reason for this was to focus my time on working towards my ongoing degree. However I am very appreciate of how much I have learnt and the experience I have gained from running my own business; from top to bottom. I will take this knowledge and experience forwards with me.
