      Working in the mobile phone test centre I produced daily and monthly reports on SAP and Microsoft Access sending them to internal departments and onto 3rd party manufacturers. I logged and updated new batch information in MS Excel and MS Access checking for any inaccuracies and maintaining the physical records.

Managing every aspect of a Client’s MPS (Managed Print Service) through the contract lifecycle using ITIL methodology. Closely working with the CBC Manager I kept a detailed log of all CBC business outstanding and invoiced, producing weekly top deals forecast reports in Oracle and monthly unit forecast reports for the BDM.Managed the day to day running of the local office and equipment and organised meetings and events.
