  1. Ensure timely and safe transport of documents to the right client; manage delivery time to ensure efficient services to all our clients2. Liaise with the CSR representatives and Operations team to ensure that routes are well planned for in advance and that the options selected are cost effective3. Communicate with the office at the earliest possible chance when unsure about a route, a client’s delivery, incident, infractions with the law or accidents encountered4. Assist in processing of Client requests; searching, retrieval, filing in of request forms scanning work orders, dusting of the boxes and loading boxes in the vehicle5.
