  Duties/Responsibilities Erection and commissioning of the plant. Operation & maintenance of Jenbacher JMS 620 GS-NL engine. Operation of GE JENBACHER gas engines (JMS 620 GS-NL) 3.356 MW × 34 units with 2 sets of Turbocharger (ABB A140-H65). Operation & Maintenance of 34 sets of Avk alternators (DIG142) 5300 KVA, 11000 V, 1500 r.p.m. Coupled with every engine unit. Operation & Maintenance of Vacuum Circuit Breakers (SIEMENS 8BK80). Operation of 2 sets of SIEMENS 65/75 MVA (OLTC) power transformers and related Isolators and SF6 circuit breakers situated in the substation . Also 2 sets of auxiliary transformers (Charoenchai-2500 KVA) . Operating the auxiliary systems i.e. Air Intake fans (system air 11 KW) & Exhaust fans (system air 5.5 KW) from MCC (Motor Controlling Centre). Operation of the 28 MMCFD gas metering & regulating stations from 150 psig to 70 psig supplied. Troubleshooting of Alternator Excitation system,Electrical govornors,HT pumps,LT pumps,L/O Pump(AC & DC),Radiator fans,Intake & Exhaust fans.  Continuous observation of engine module control panels and relay panels to see whether any alarm has occurred or not. If any alarm occurs then troubleshoot Against that alarm and eliminate it immediately to run engines by taking necessary steps e.g. resetting gas pressure regulators, changing spark plugs, changing thermocouples, greasing alternator bearing both DE & NDE sides, filling lube oil, filling cooling water, purging cooling water, changing fuses and breakers in the module control panel etc. Co-ordination with NLDC for Load Demand & Load reconciling. Prepare daily Report such as total power generation, total Fuel Consumption, outages, plant availability etc. Attend 2000hrs,4000hrs,6000hrs scheduled maintenance. Scheduling with the maintenance managers for 8000hrs,10000hrs maintenance. Show less
