Responsibilities include quantity management, quality control, payroll management, and purchasing. Started working on the balance of plant and water treatment raceway and eventually was managing the crew after responsibilities were shifted around. Went to night shift to help run the crews on the top of the heat recovery steam generator. Finally, I finished out the project on days helping project turnover. Responsibilities include accurate takeoff, subcontract management, managing vendor quotes, and Submitting estimates into databases for submission to owner. Also, have been key in helping implement electrical and instrumentation Ops Management for the company, which is our new Quantity Management/Claiming application for the field. This new application allows the quantity management to be done in the office and not by the field so that they may focus closer on their field responsibilities.
