      Roles and responsibilities• Manage the lease portfolio for House of Fraser and Capgemini UK, Innervision’s largest client • Forecast depreciated lease charges by taking stock of client assets and ascertaining their end of lease value following which I negotiate the best buy-out or extension fees with lessor’s.• Find loopholes in lease contracts through which my clients can gain title to assets or terminate lease agreements with little or no penalty.• Routinely monitor our client’s lessor(s) and ensure that SLA's and deliverable's are as negotiated.• Based at Capgemini two days a week as their key point of contact from Innvervision where I would liaise between projects and the procurement to arrange the lease agreements from start to finish. Ensuring that all internal requirements were met.• Regularly attend client meetings to discuss new projects, reconcile client rental reports to Innervision reporting, train clients on the Innvervision database for usage and reporting purposes and facilitate other ad-hoc discussions. • Key client stakeholders include Finance Directors and procurement departments for whom I produce regular leasing reports.• Manage the Innvervision leasing database by ensuring that information is up to date with new leases, amend existing lease information where required and keeping a log of data errors to ensure fixes are carried out by a third party programmer.• RAG status set for a log of Innvervision database issues which are prioritised accordingly and dealt with alongside the Innvervision database manager.       Set pricing structures and planned payment schedules for a staggered, multimillion payment contract, including specific payment conditions in reflection of this bespoke deal. Produced a specific payment plan that allowed the customer to take delivery and installation of the assets at different dates while ensuring that their plant was still operational and fully functional. The phased delivery and installation took a year where interest had to be calculated, invoiced and collected after each asset delivery. Negotiated contractual conditions with customers and senior management for the inclusion and removal of certain conditions in particular rights of ownership of assets at the end of a lease. This affected all of the contracts within the company and required discussions with many different teams such as underwriting, end of lease, and legal to ensure all departments understood and were on board.Personally, initiated a feedback and improvement loop by contacting customers DLUK to understand their experience with the company and specifically with the operations team. The feedback was collected, analysed and presented to the Sales Director and his team on a quarterly basis. From the feedback I was able to introduce more customer-friendly payment schedule and quotation which was well received. The feedback loop also allowed for more robust end-of-lease discussions between the customers and the Sales team for better transparency.Provided support to various departments including an accounting link with the finance department, supporting the underwriting team and acting in an advisory role to the sales force with regards to pricing and contractual requirements, invoicing, VAT related queries and documentation.
