I am responsible for the maintenance and administration of many of the data systems in place including a number of SQL databases and associated reporting services, virtual learning environment and attendance tracking.A major element of my role is to develop and improve current systems from implementation of new hardware and software to development of tracking systems and user interfaces for management of company data using various techniques.I am also heavily involved in design work for marketing and learner materials including company flyers and brochures, learner handbooks and course handouts as well as development on the company website.The varied role also has included a wide range of tasks from management of the company phone system to identifying improvements to classroom & AV technologies.
