"Barry Lydon has worked with the flight controls team during heavy maintenance of B767 aircraft for the last two months. I found him to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, he bonded well with other team members and also worked well on his own. Any task that he was given he completed with high quality and showed good regard for aircraft safety. I would recommend Barry as he will adjust to the work environment quickly and has no trouble being a team player"This reference was given by the Team Leader, Aaron Gilmartin at Shannon Aerospace.
