  Successfully conducted a two hour show in aid of Children in Need 2009. Through the efforts of organisation and team management, myself and team pulled off and exceptional show to over 90 people.Oli also hosted this event along with Andrew Sula, who was also and events manager on the project. It was a massive achievement for us and we successfully raised just under £400 for charity.

Spectrum hosted a film night and provided retail goods for various other internal events through the course of it's term with the thanks of teaming up with Cineworld Chichester.   This was such a roller coaster ride. Setting unimaginable problems that I've had to solve but giving me such an amazing experience working them out. I had such a great team behind me, supporting most of the decisions I made to help improve the radio station and develop our members. Since my time in the role, I've been on BBC Radio 6Music, written for RadioMagazine and made headlines in RadioToday. Since being in the role also, I produced an entry for the Student Radio Association Awards which got nominated for Best Entertainment, the station won Best Male Presenter, Chart Show and, we also won a José Cuervo national competition between other students stations supported by Spotify. It's such a great job to have and working for the UK's best radio station company could not get any better! My preferred radio station is Capital FM but I love all the Global brands.Shifts Worked:MAY (Capital FM)-Benefit Boutique in Bournemouth -Vue Cinema Portsmouth-West Quay Shopping Centre -Cycle Festival in Portsmouth-Portsmouth Sunny Ice Cream's-Victorious Vintage in PortsmouthJUNE(Capital FM)-Capital FM's Summertime Ball Wembley(Heart)-Sky Dive Show less Initially a 4 week scheme but extended by an extra week, I sat in on every breakfast show from Tuesday 26 June through to Friday 27 July 2012. The show started at 6am and finished at 10am and I did not miss a show. My role was to take down notes to be used for Adam Inker who is the Drive time presenter on the station that's on the South Coast. Also, I made the show promos that feature every hour on the station. This is a 14 second piece of audio that showcases the breakfast show and is used as advertisement. Also, I was on the phones calling up competition winners for a Frankie and Benny's competition we were running at the time.I also had some on air content that I added on the occasional show. The reason I took on the role was to ensure that Pure FM could continue broadcasting after 5pm.

  Capital Breakfast Intern

  For one week I was honoured with the privilege of working with Bodg, Matt and JoJo from Capital Breakfast along with breakfast producer, Lee Sevenoaks and Senior Broadcast Journalist, Anna Harding. After spending five weeks on the South Coast with Zoe and Gillies, I found myself wanting to know more about the systems used at Capital and the difference between how a breakfast show works with three presenters as apposed to two.I learnt so much and the breakfast show team couldn't have been anymore welcoming, I simply loved my time in the Northeast. You may have seen that I'm from the South Coast (Portsmouth to be exact) but yes, I travelled for 6 hours on a train to Newcastle to join the team. It cost a fortune to travel, a fortune to be accommodated but with what I got out of the experience, it was completely worth it and I would be more than willing to do it again. Show less

The project expands to the publishing side of the business including the partnership between Wickes and Grazia, Closer and Heat Magazines. Additionally, Oliver also co-project manages and advises in the Wickes Kitchens multi-million pound partnership which is positioned across the Magic Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Networks, as well as the sponsorship of Ken Bruce.Other campaigns Oliver has successfully delivered include:• the rebranding of UKTV into TV Choice and Heat Magazines as well as radio activity across Magic and Greatest Hits Radio, plus the activation which included rebranding Absolute Radio to U&Absolute Radio for the launch day.• Oliver project managed the delivery of Warner Bros.
