The main priority for this organization is to enable commerce advertisers to grow their business through the Shops experiences across Meta family of apps (Facebook & Instagram).• Drove cross-company (Meta <> Shopify) alignment for organizational priorities, delivered H1 2023 roadmap and managed execution for roadmap items which involved escalating, negotiating and prioritizing for high-impact initiatives on a regular basis.• Spearheaded strategy/roadmap creation, risk mitigation planning and execution for 0-click (auto-upgrade) and 1-click (opt-in) initiatives that involved migrating Shopify sellers with offsite shop to onsite checkout on Meta channels. This complex project required collaboration with several XFN partners including product, eng, legal, privacy and policy as well as frequent co-ordination with multiple teams within the organization. This was a key strategic initiative and a top Commerce org priority that laddered up to Ads org revenue goals and enabled signal growth via 1P data, which is critical for Ads performance/ROI for advertisers.
