  As a Graduate Manager at Synergy Health, I worked in a fast-paced environment, completing 4 placements across the UK. In each placement I reported to the business divisions Managing Director, giving me invaluable exposure to all aspects of the business. During my time on the graduate scheme, the placements focused on projects to improve operational performance and deliver service excellence, as well as customer relationships, contract reviews and tender presentations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst ensuring profitability.
