      I mentored 20 young, aged 17-29, entrepreneurs in a joint "Kesäyrittäjä" project by Talous ja nuoret TAT and City of Helsinki. Together with eight coworkers, we organised large, webinar-style trainings with up to 150 participants covering topics including marketing, service design, pricing, and circular economy, among others. At mentoring sessions, I provided more individual support to the entrepreneurs, for example by brainstorming ideas together.In a team of various educational backgrounds, I learned to gather expertise from coworkers for an enhanced impact, while also sharing my own knowledge from the field of business. Organising events during the Covid-19 pandemic vastly improved my digital project management skills and provided an opportunity to think of alternative ways to achieve the same final objectives.
