Has performed over 300 ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits to identify energy-saving measures that resulted in over 100-million kWh savings and 20-million therm savings for various commercial facilities including hospitals, hotels, data centers, office buildings, K-12 schools & colleges, ice skating rinks, aquatic & fitness Centers, municipal facilities, and government facilities. Conducted energy audits to identify energy efficiency measures (EEMs) encompassing calculations of energy savings using various methodologies including energy model simulations of buildings using modeling software. Performed financial analysis of each identified measure/opportunity and presented the energy savings, utility rate analysis and savings, utility incentives, costs, and payback period to the customer. Collaborates with contractors to obtain realistic installation costs and provided technical support guiding utility commercial customers through the custom incentive application process for Energy Trust of Oregon for various EEM implementations. In addition, is Product Manager for Energy Trust of Oregon’s OnSite software, for both Energy Advisors and the Small Business Offering versions of the tool.
