  - Identified the potential for a highly effective referral engine for the Scholarships division of Lock&Stock. Launched and oversaw this program and the technology used to run it. This program is still a key focus area for SecureMyScholarship, contributing 50% of all enrollments per year in 2023 and 2024.- Discovered several shortcomings on the Lock&Stock website and led a project to redesign the website. Oversaw a successful launch that increased product discovery and partnership requests.- Managed 10 other internal projects ranging from highly requested feature releases, to optimizing internal processes, to developing webscrapers to automate data collection and using Zapier to improve internal workflows and processes.- Worked on improving existing services and supported with planning and execution of new features.- Tested staging app builds to identify bugs before every production release.   Product highlights:- Focused on website conversion rate optimization. Improved target website visitor to lead conversion from 4.5% to 39%. Overall website visitor conversion grew from <1% to 12%.- Identified the need for a WhatsApp bot to automate student outreach to manage increasing student volume. The bot now processes over 5x the raw leads that the team could with a faster response time. The bot has also been optimized to achieve >50% student response rate compared to 20% that the team was achieving.- Automated document collection amongst many other admissions team processes to save hundreds of hours per week across the team.- Shaped the product roadmap to launch features with high adoption rates that addressed student and team feedback.Tech highlights:- Migrated cloud infrastructure from EC2 servers to Fargate services using Cloudformation.- Designed a webhook processing serverless architecture to manage Hubspot webhook events at scale.- Improved page load times from >10s to <3s.- Increased Lighthouse score from 30 to 65.- Coached the development team to communicate and coordinate with business functions to manage projects independently.- 0% unplanned website downtime. > 99.9% uptime (including planned downtime) Weniger anzeigen - Led SecureMyScholarship.com from ideation to MVP to launch.- Launched an internal information management product that improved scholarship proposal lead time from 3 days to 1 day.- Led the ideation of 2 projects that didn’t make it past the prototyping stage due to company prioritization.
