      Jun 2022 - now

In charge of special Well Construction Equipment (WCE) Projects - Product Development and Support Specialist for BOP Equipment. I tackle ongoing issues, evaluate problems, and execute solutions. Leading various projects, including New Product Development (NPD) and process improvement, my focus is on enhancing overall performance, reducing environmental impact, and championing a circular economy for our products.Utilizing modern technology and readily available tools, I am dedicated to achieving great results for my team and myself in our projects. I actively work to continually look for improvements to our product line, fostering sustainability and driving positive change within the industry.Noteworthy projects I've led include:1. Developing and validating a method to reclaim metal components from elastomer products without burning the elastomer or damaging the metal's mechanical properties. This innovation enables the recycling of both elastomer and metal compounds, drastically reducing the CO2 footprint.2. Designing a solution to significantly improve wellhead (WH) fatigue life by adding a device to existing connector designs. This design also enhances re-latching procedures and minimizes wear on WH profiles. Show less
