Oversee all stock movements across the warehouse, and assume a key role with new clients.Motivate the team and delegate tasks to achieve KPI's and client SLA.Attended internal and client meetings and conduct One to Ones, CPR and ROC with the team.Insure stock integrity is kept above 99.5%.Identify training needs for the team and organize them while assisting the operational and planning process. Performance reporting.Key achievementsOversaw the operational work-stream for a new client integration with House of Fraser on-line fulfilment, worth £2m net over 2 years.Introduced rotating perpetual inventory checks to improve stock accuracy within the warehouse, improved stock accuracy from 76% to 99.5% Improved KPI's figures and utilisation levels by reconfiguration of stock layout and pick face. Stepped up to Shift Manager position during peak period and absence of Shift Manager.Seconded to new Iforce Site for 3 months to help with the implementation of a key account, this included layout, recruitment and training on the AS400 system. Internal and external reporting structures. Implemented a planning tool for the whole operation to work out resource needed by department and to give an overall performance for the site.
