  As a member of the E-learning team, my role was to review the screenplay for educational multimedia applications as well as to develop student worksheets that would supplement the multimedia lessons. I worked on 3 projects during my time at CAP foundation:- A CBT course for the orientation of new faculty joining CAP vocational training centers in and outside India. Domain was Life Skills Training. - Three ILT courses for subject training of students enrolled in CAP vocational training centers in and outside India. Domains included: Healthcare, Automobile Engineering and Hospitality. - A series of ILT courses with CBT components for CAP Teen Channel program aimed at educating out of school children in the framework of ‘Knowledge-Attitude-Skills’. I was also the implementation in-charge for the e-learning packages. I trained NGO facilitators at Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. Show less

  As Project Coordinator, I was given charge of multiple projects at various points of time. I was in-charge of managing a project for coaching of civil services aspirants supported by the trust. The trust supported 100 students over a period of 3 years. I managed this program for the first 2 years. I was responsible for:- Program Intake – Talent Search- Orientation courses for fresh batches of students.- On-going assessments for tracking student learning I also worked on two other projects during my time here. 1. Developed the concept for a planned “Institute of Excellence” 2. Wrote educational system audit reports for English Medium Schools run by the trust. As part of my work, I travelled to institutions across India - Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Madanpalle. At ADP, my division was only getting started with e-learning. I had the opportunity to define the system and processes, which we used to create and launch several e-learning courses.During my time at ADP, I worked on a number of different ID projects and also led some key initiatives. I was an active member of a special interest group for technical communicators – technical writers and instructional designers.
