Crafted the end-to-end corporate customer experience for the top 4,000 customers in Treasury, defined the execution roles for the various lines of business within the Treasury Management Business Integration Team. Designed the most visible and comprehensive customer deliverable and trained the execution team to create customized merger notebooks for each of those customers. Developed the communication strategy for sharing time-appropriate information across our Sales and Relationship Management teams to enable them to better interact with merger customers and answer their questions. Responsible for creating the first integrated plan for repeatable merger events. Re-designed the Wholesale Relationship Tracking system responsible for providing customer specific data and migration tasks for the more than 70,000 business customers of Treasury Management and coordinated the delivery of product usage, relationship and execution data flowing through our merger processes.
