  As a branch role off of my internship through Oregon State Athletics, I collaborate with a talented co-worker to curate engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and cultivate a thriving online community. By running the Instagram for the official student section of the OSU Beavers, our team has successfully executed campaigns that resulted in increased follower engagement by 3.7% since November 2023. Within this page, we post promotional first looks for student in-game giveaways, in-game photos, and videos in collaboration with the Media Department, and encourage engagement through interactive posts by tagging and reposting anything and everything Beaver sports content.Not only do I edit and direct the promotional interview and merch display videos but I am also in them. By designing engaging video content, I make sure am kept up to date with the fast past of social media short form content culture and understand how I can retain attention and achieve a high click through rate.   Environmental Sustainability Intern

  I am excited to share that I have joined Gerber as their Environmental Sustainability Intern for 2024 Summer! In this role, I will help Gerber achieve its goal of becoming landfill-free by 2030, aiming to reduce waste to landfill by 5.5 tons annually.My responsibilities include researching how companies achieve zero landfill waste, exploring ways to convert waste into energy, and identifying waste streams in production and office environments. I will develop strategies for closed-loop recycling and recommend waste treatment technologies to reduce water usage in production.Working with Gerber’s manufacturing engineers and the Energy Trust of Oregon, Oregon Sea Grant, and Department of Enviromental Quality I aim to enhance sustainability practices across production and office settings. With a passion for pollution prevention and sustainability, I am eager to contribute to Gerber’s environmental goals and Zero Landfill initiative. Show less
