I work in tandem with Inventory Management, Programs, Contracting and Marketing Departments providing financial analysis and insights to support decision making.Increased total NPR for our International land product line by 12.5% from 2018 to 2019 by adjusting sell prices based on personal financial analysis, business guidelines, and conducting routine competitive analysis on market trends.Established revenue and inventory forecast reporting for annual capacity planning which surpassed the 14% enrollment increase goal for 2019.Developed margin exception reporting for monthly analysis of actual vs. budgeted operating expenses to help determine program date viability, marketing opportunities or data error.Provided on-site and real time financial impacts and cost reduction targets during preliminary direct contract negotiations in Iceland to achieve annual cost savings of approximately $500k.
