      Developed and implemented internal and external communication strategies, managed marketing andpublic relations efforts for all of Wilson Senior Care's facilities which includes 3 nursing homes (totalof 333 beds), a short term rehabilitation unit (44 beds) as well as a retail store- pharmacy/medical supply and auniform shop. Planned and directed advertising programs and produced collateral materials such asbrochures, advertisements, etc in order to educate Physicians, the health care community as well as the public about services offered and to create interest in the organization. Additional marketing tactics include website content development and social networking. Public Relations which included writing/ distributing press releases, developing and maintaining good relationships with local media, community relations such as serving on local chamber boards, being involved with civic organizations and serving on local charity boards. Other responsibilities included internal communications via digital communication boards in each facility with a focus on the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
