In these two capacities I supported internal sales professionals and dealership personnel in both, training through the Learning Management Systems, and technical sales support. My responsibility, at that time, was to grow the parts business and insure that all International products in the Eastern Hemisphere had parts support through an educated, enabled, and well stocked International dealer network. During these years we consistently exceeded sales growth and EBIT targets by a minimum of 18% per annum. I also supervised 3 regional sales managers, did market analysis, created business plans, long range strategies, and provided reports to management. Responsibilities included evaluation of International truck dealer and major customer service training needs, developing and implementing dealer and customer specific training. My primary focus was on Electronics, new product, and new procedure training, but was augmented with engine and drive train diagnostics and component repair training.
