Ronald played a quite demanding role in leading the coordination and facilitation of that compulsory module of the program whereby students from Master of Science programs in Health Monitoring and Evaluation and Medical Sociology were involved. The focus of the programming was basically on the provision of capacity building to Regional Health Management Teams (Mbeya, Rukwa and Katavi regions) and District Council Health Management Teams (Mbeya City, Mbeya District, Rungwe, Mbarali, Ileje, Kyela, Chunya, Nkasi, Sumbawanga, Mpanda, and Mlele). Apart from the health management teams, the health training institutions were also covered within the zone (Assistant Medical Officers College, Dental Assistants Training School, School of Operating Theatre Nurses, Tukuyu Nursing School, Mpanda Clinical Officers Training College, and St. Bhakita Nursing School).
