  Langlois was a narrow vein underground operation producing zinc and copper concentrates (+precious metals) for annual revenues $60M-$100MCAD per year. Working with a dedicated Team of 300 full time employees and contractors, we implemented methods of long hole, alimak, cut&fill, and more in order to safely and profitably extract the deeper ore reserves where historically others had failed. The ore, highly amenable to our metallurgical flotation processes, provided high recoveries of Zn, Ag and Cu from a plant capable of +600kT per year.Full accountability for P&L, Asset Management , Mine, Mill , Geology, Engineering, Finance, Transformation, HR and CSR. Since April 2018 working with great people, we changed the management of operations and took the BU from negative cash flow territory into Pos. FCF .
