  I think learning must be a journey with the teacher which is full of enjoyment and nospace for boredom. Therefore a perfect teacher must be a continuous learner. He must be open toknow about new things and convey his knowledge unstinted to the next generation of learners. Ihave realized how my teachers from school to university framed my personality. Therefore Ihold this profession in such high esteem.I have taught students of different ages and from different backgrounds. And whileteaching every new student I have learnt many intricacies of the student psyche and also foundthat my understanding of Physics improved over time and have taught me how to make conceptssimpler to grasp. My students range from school to university level; also I have tutored some fordifferent entrance examinations. In this context a few of my students were even older than me.Presently I teach Physics (Mechanics, Acoustics, Optics, Themodynamics, Electrodynamics,Modern Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Solid State Physics etc.) to the undergraduateEngineering students here in Jadavpur University, Kolkata (Calcutta), India as a research scholar.I take lecture classes, laboratory classes, tutorials and also evaluate their copy. My role includesall the responsibilities of a faculty and the duties of a TA.In my class I begin teaching with a slow pace, allow my students follow my instructions,and once they gain momentum I move in my pace, but at the same time keep in mind that eachone of them understands correctly what I teach and start assimilating them. Teaching shouldproceed in a rather fluid-like process, accelerating as students grasp materials fast or slowingdown as they are found struggling in the learning process. Show less

Here in the academy we conduct classroom coaching without burdening the students with excessive loads of study materials that are of less importance. We believe that there is always a smarter way in achieving one’s goal. Our mission is to guide our students in this direction and find them come out with flying colors. The competent faculty is very objective and remain focused to teaching with more emphasis in concept building and problem solving.
