  Organization : Ericsson India Global Services Limited.Technical Instructor for Delivering Air Interface Trainings in GSM, WCDMA and LTE, 5G - NR and 6G Use cases.In my current profile I have delivered several trainings on RF domain within Ericsson group (in different countries and Market area including Indian market). Furthermore I have successfully delivered trainings to external customers namely Bhutan Telecom, MTN-Nigeria, MTN-Ghana, Orange-Burkina Faso, Celcom-Malaysia, Robi-Bangladesh, Telstra-Australia, du-UAE, Sigtel-Singapore, Vodafone-OMAN,Ethiotel-Ethiopia.Apart from my training responsibilities I have worked also for training document preparation. I have updated several courses in LTE (4G) and VoLTE RF domain and created a fresh training document on Voice Over NR (VoNR).I have played a key role on improving remote training deliveries experience through Microsoft teams. I have worked internally to create an environment and the usage guidelines of Digipad, Camera, external microphone, clock, Microsoft forms, Whiteboards, Diginotes for engaging, interactive and fruitful training sessions.
