      I created a national fact sheet on HIV/AIDS/STIs/STDs in the Heterosexual Black Male Community. I was tasked with researching the stigmas associated with heterosexual black males and their rates of HIV/AIDS. I was also tasked with managing all travel logistics for Advocates Urban Retreat, which is a yearly conference for all of their activists. While an intern I also served as a Peer Educator within Advocates Youth Resources. Which is a group of online peer educators that serve as a resource to young queer youth. We would answer questions, provide resources and help these youth with issues, concerns they were dealing with while trying to understand themselves. Show less
