  🤝 As an Active Alumnus Advisor, I continue to support Team Sonnenwagen Aachen by sharing my expertise in mechanical engineering and steering system development while representing the team at key sponsor events.✅ Key Contributions:- Knowledge transfer: Providing technical guidance to the new team, ensuring the continued evolution of my steering system design.- Technical mentorship: Assisting the mechanical department in refining lightweight and high-performance vehicle components.- Team representation: Acting as a spokesperson at sponsor events, fostering relationships with key industry partners.🏁 This role allows me to stay engaged with cutting-edge solar racing innovations while mentoring upcoming talents in automotive and motorsport engineering. Lihat lebih sedikit ⚙️ As a Mechanical Engineer at Team Sonnenwagen Aachen – a Mercedes-sponsored student solar car racing team – I was responsible for the steering system of the Covestro Adelie. My contributions spanned from conceptual design to real-world testing, ensuring optimal performance under extreme conditions during the World Solar Challenge 2023 in Australia.✅ Key Achiemements:- Designed and optimized the steering system, which became the lightest and safest in the competition (620g) and withstood a rollover unscathed.- Developed an Ackermann steering simulation model on CAD, which enhanced into a CFD-simulation pattern for the aerodynamic department and a weight estimation model for the chassis department.- Created track strategy presentations for world famous circuits like Zolder and Imola, leveraging my karting and sim-racing experience to improve race performance and efficiency.🏆🥇 In 2022, we won the European Solar Challenge (first and second place) in Zolder and the Italien Solar Challenge in Imola (first place).
