  Responsibilities included the administration, verification and collation of the Fellowships and Memberships of RCSI. The first stage of this process involved manual data entry of the fellowship and membership databases prior to online databases. The second stage involved migrating existing databases and merging data into a new centralised and searchable database. The process also involved notifying members of the database as to the creation and their rights to their data under GDPR legislation including right to deletion and requesting information held..   Interning with then Vice President of the European Parliament, Mairead McGuinness MEP in the European Parliament in Brussels. My roles included analysing legislative files and researching and analysing policy proposals relevant to the work of specific parliamentary committees. I also attended party political group meetings and parliamentary committee meetings where I took notes and reported back to the main office issues discussed within the meetings including individual political group positions and internal national party positions on relevant legislation. This project involves a multifaceted approach to identity verification and data security, crucial for aligning with the stringent requirements set forth by the DSA.Experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM). Timely, efficient and accurate onboarding of new clients and review of existing clients, ensuring client records are accurate in all systems and that supporting documentation is scanned and filed correctly within agreed time lines. Processed documents to search for discrepancies implicit of money laundering and terror financing. I performed PEP, Sanction and Negative Media screening and analysing the results to eliminate or confirm matches. I also ensured accurate input and maintenance of static data, such as legal entity name, address/contact details, type of business in relation to SIC/ISC codes, legal entity type, any linked parties to transactions. Furthermore, I communicated professionally and confidently with stakeholders including colleagues and front office relationship managers as part of the onboarding and client review process and interpreted and analysed KYC data to accurately risk assess new and existing clients, making sound judgement calls in terms of escalation and risk mitigation while adhering to in-house processes and procedures outlined in guidance documents and Investec Financial Crime Policy.
