      May 1999 - Jul 1999
      Summer intern

Worked on a project on vortex matter in type-II superconductors.

    • T.i.f.r.

      Aug 2000 - Jan 2007
      Research scholar

Worked in the Department of Condensed Matter Physics and Materials Science at TIFR for my PhD thesis work on "Effect of Pinning and Driving Force on the Phase Transformations in the Weakly Pinned Vortex Matter in Conventional Superconductors".

    • National institute for materials science

      Feb 2007 - Mar 2010
      Nims post-doctoral researcher

I worked at the Superconducting Materials Center focusing on physics of mesoscopic superconducting structures.

    • T.i.f.r.

      May 2010 - Jul 2010
      Visiting scientist

After coming back from Japan, I stayed for about two months at TIFR. During this stay, I picked up the technique of Magnetic Force Microscopy and Scanning Hall Probe Microscopy and in due course of time, plan to use it as a local probe for several magnetic and superconducting structures.

    • Indian institute of technology, bombay

      Jul 2010 - Dec 2011
      Institute post-doctoral researcher

I work in the Physics Department with extensive collaboration in the Electrical Engineering and the Metallurgy and Materials Sciences Departments. Here, apart from my explorations on mesoscopic superconducting structures, I started work on a search for materials with: (i) improved superconducting properties and (ii) high thermopower.
