  My main mission was to detect and quantify the operational risk for the International Guarantees Department Paris activity. Concretely : - business process modeling and follow-up of the operational procedures - design of the operational risk cartography and setting up of control plans - analysis and declaration of operational risk incidents- achievement of post-controls and reporting of the results to the Management.
