As Strategic Operations Director (Brigadier Commander of an Elite Strike Mountain Brigade in Assam with Strategic and operational control of over 4000 Combatants, planned and directed in successful completion over 2000 joint Army-Assam Rifles-Police counter terrorist missions. . Developed and implemented the Physical Security Risk Management Strategy with revenue savings of approximately 3 Cr INR over 18 months. Led the design and implementation of integrated electronic security systems for newly acquired team sites and expansion of Security architecture of existing sites. Projects included, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems, applications like Biometrics, Face recognition, Automated Material Movement process, Visitor Management Systems, etc. Also introduced Power BI Data Analytics to systematically reduce threats. . Advised State and National level leadership including Prime Minister & Raksha Mantry on security, disposal, and intelligence procedures involving conduct of counter terrorist operations in Upper Assam & Manipur.
