      Activities and Societies: Playing Music, Reading, Attending Courses of French Culture Center to learn French Language.       MTN is the famous telecommunications group world wide , in that time is was known as Spacetel Syria and i was one of team who was lucky to work with them in their first year in business in Syria. as a customer care agent i was responsible to handle the customers complaints and to conduct the best method to reply to their requirements, also to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in order to meet the goals of the call center division. It was great experience to me to be one of the first 100 employee in the company and to witness the rise of Mobile Service in Syria and to participate with my colleagues at MTN in this evolution. During these two years of my work with them i attended the lunching of prepaid cards service in the company where it was a very great and wonderful period of work as we used to work for more than 15 hours daily to response to all of the pressure in that time.
