      Serving as Level 5 Technology Group CEO, Mr. Campbell co-founded the firm with the primary mission of transforming organizations by improving their agility and scalability. His vision was distilled from over two decades serving in senior executive, operations and consulting roles for businesses ranging from small start-ups to large global enterprises. Through many business and economic cycles, Mr. Campbell grappled with the challenges of scaling operations up and down as well as moving, reallocating and replacing resources to address the emergence and evolution of new markets, routes to market and technologies. The costliest and least flexible of those of those resources were capital assets and employees. The emergence of the “on-demand” and “As a Service” industries has made it possible to transform or build highly agile enterprises with significantly reduced capital and human resource investment. A firm no longer must acquire fixed assets such as facilities and servers or employ a large workforce in order to compete. Virtual or even bare metal servers may be spun up or down on the cloud in minutes and managed remotely from anywhere. Replacing fixed capital expenses with variable operating expenses which scale up and down with demand and revenue insure the business doesn’t fall off a cliff during a down cycle or hit the wall during an up cycle. Mr. Campbell and co-founder, Colin Proudfoot, have earned multiple IBM outstanding IT services leadership awards and are three-time Beacon awards finalist.
